working
1. Check whether something is obstrucng the
display’s remote control receiver.
2. Check whether the baery polaries in the remote
control are installed correctly.
3. Check whether the baeries need to be replaced.
The unit turns o
unexpectedly
1. Check whether Sleep mode is enabled.
2. Check if there is a power outage in your area.
3. Turn on the display, provide an acve signal, and
see if the problem is with the signal or external
control system.
4. Check whether the Ethernet cables inside the
cabinets are connected properly.
The power indicator
is o, and there is no
response
1. Ensure the power cable is connected and not loose.
2. Check that the power outlet is funconing properly
and meets the required electrical requirement.
The display does not
recognize the USB
storage device
1. Ensure the drive is either formaed for FAT32 or
NTFS.
2. If the USB storage device needs external power,
connect its power adapter to an electrical outlet.
