ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1:
Screw the Casters (F) into the bottom of each Pole (C) by wrench. Then
snap a pair of Plastic Clips (E) on the same lower grooves of each pole.
Make sure the arrow of all plastic clips is pointed up, and the grooves of
the pole are covered by the convex line of the plastic clips.
STEP 2:
Please make sure that you have the Wire Basket (B) correct way up.
Keep collar gap of the basket downward. Then slide it from the top of
each pole down onto the plastic clips until there is snug fit.
