1. Insert the Axle(No.4) into the holes of the Fixed plate(No.3) .
2. Insert Screw(No.B) and Screw(No.C) into the connection holes between the Axle and the Fixed
plate. Then, on the other side, place washer and nut in sequence.
3. Finally, tighten them to secure the connection.
