TROUBLE SHOOTTING
PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
1. Having ice in the hose.
There is water in the hose
without heated and frozen
in the ow temperature
environment
Move to warmer area,
plug-in heated hose for
about 30 minutes to thaw
and allow water to drain
2. Hose slips off at the faucet
connection after a few
minutes of use.
Loose connection or
excessive water
pressure.
- Wrap several tums of
white PTFE tape around
the male connector first,
then try to use
- If it still doesn't work,
lease connect hose to
another water source with
suitable water pressure
(lower 600 PSI)
3. Leakage at the connection
between the hose and the
hose female connector
