INSTRUMENT INSTALLATION
The rotary evaporator consists of three parts, the mechanical part, the
glass part and the lifting constant temperature water bath pot.When the
goods is outing of the factory, the big module is packed and the installation
is very convenient. The specific procedures are as follows:
1. Please put the rack on a strong worktable near the water source.if it is
unstable. four hard rubber feet can be padded.
2. As shown in Figure 1, move the head center to the 48CM height to the
right of the chassis about 25 degrees to the lock on the lock nut.
3. A stainless steel tube with a vacuum meter is inserted into the front hole
and
tightened the fastening screws on the triangle and the chassis 15cm.
4. The electric control box is fixed according to the diagram, and the five
core plug
of the motor is inserted.
5. As shown in Figure 1. The four - way bottle is fixed on the big nut (1) on
the left end of the head and the Standard No. 40 on the left side of the end
of the machine should be vertically up.
6. Insert the condenser on the four-way bottle, adjust the joint to make the
condenser vertical, and keep it with a fixed clamp. The condenser tube
joints are backward.
7. After connect feeding tube and feeding piston . Insert the feeding piston
into the four-way bottle.
8. Connect the collecting bottle with the four-way bottle.
9. Install the ring, adjust the center and up and down repeatedly, and hold
the bottle steadily.
10. Attach the interface with clasp to secure it .
11. As shown in Figure 1. Put the rotating bottle on the right end of the
rotating shaft and tighten the big nut(2).
12. Put the water bath pot under the rotating bottle and add the clean water
to the 2/3 pot (the tap water should be placed for 1-2 days).
13. As shown in Figure 2. Vacuum air outlet is used to connect one joint of
the vacuum gauge , and the other joint is connected to a vacuum pump or
