OPERATION
1. Fixed the machine on the working table by the two C-clamps.
2. To rotate the handle and press the dough easily,
3. The distance between the fixed roller and the adjustable roller can be
adjusted by adjusting the handle, thickness is 0-12mm.
4. The dough is placed on the feed plate and slides out from the discharge
plate by the extrusion of the rollers.
5. The adjustable roller is equipped with a scraper to prevent the dough
from being stick on the roller.
6. Adjustable roller adjustment principle: pull out the adjustment handle to
make the adjustment mandrel out of the positioning hole, rotate the handle
to choose the suitable thickness, then fix the adjustment handle.
MAINTENANCE
1. Please clean the machine in time after use to avoid bacterial growth and
ensure food hygiene.
2. The working surface of the roll should be kept clean. If there is powder
accumulation, check whether the contact between the scraper and the roll
is tight, and whether the pressure of the compression spring is sufficient. If
the pressure of the compression spring is insufficient, it should be adjusted;
if the surface of the roll is damaged, it should be replaced. The surface of
the roll should not be scraped with a sharp tool to prevent the surface from
being scratched and shaved.
3. When the equipment is abnormal, please stop using it and check the
problem. If there is a problem cannot be solved, please contact with after
sales department for maintenance services.
