2. Check the power cord, grounding failure circuit cut protection (GFCI) and plug. If
the plug is damaged, deformed or no grounding head, or the wire is damaged,
immediately replace and stop using the machine.
3. Clean the oil, fat and dust on the handle and control parts to reduce the
occurrence of various dangers and easily control the machine.
4. Make sure that the foot switch is properly connected to the machine and that the
foot switch can be used normally. Do not use the machine without the foot switch
or if the foot switch is damaged.
5. Check whether the position of the machine moving parts is correct, the parts are
damaged, or other damage conditions that may affect the normal use of the tools.
If so, please repair them before use.
6. Check whether the warning label on the machine is attached to the machine and
clearly readable. Do not operate the machine without the warning label.
7.Check that the belt cover is firmly installed and usable, and do not operate the
machine missing the belt cover.
Clean and dredge the debris on the head and cable, and check for wear or
damage. The inspection content includes:
Wear-the cable is made of round wire, if the outer circle becomes flat, then
wear is serious, need to be replaced.
Cable knot-steel cables are not straight, slightly curved, is acceptable. In the
knot, then the steel cable is bent, and the gap between the steel wire ring and
the ring is very large, less than 15 bending can be straightened. But all the
wire knots will accelerate the cable damage. Therefore, if there is a more
serious knot phenomenon, the cable should be replaced immediately.
