before retrieving it. Otherwise, there is a possibility of damaging the
tarpaulin.
※Attention: Awning fabric can only be cleaned with weakly alkaline
detergents. If damaged tarpaulin is found, please contact the seller
for handling.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Every awning undergoes strict debugging and testing before leaving the
factory to achieve the best condition. However, after a period of use, there
may be some abnormalities. Please handle them according to the following
situations.
1. Weak winding of the awning scroll: Check if the folding arm air pressure
spring is normal, and replace the spring when the elasticity weakens.
2. When the awning is electrically retracted or opened, it cannot limit and
stop automatically:
adjust the stroke through the stroke adjustment hole A/B (see the
sunshade installation section in the manual(5.4). If you still cannot stop on
your own, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
3. Slow winding speed:
Check if the motor voltage is too low and if the motor wiring is too long.
Or check if the torsion spring on the non motor side of the scroll is leaking
force. The upward force method of the scroll spring is described in section
5.1.
※ Attention: The torsion of the scroll may cause accidental injury.
Please be sure to use a safety pin and operate it under the premise of
ensuring safety.
