4) Mast does not rotate without
great effort
h. Knobs tightened.
i. Bearing overly worn.
h. Loosen knobs.
i. Remove mast from mast receiver.
Inspect bearing. Replace bearing if
severely worn.
5) Personnel receive electric shocks
when touching the jib or vehicle
when winch in use.
j. Operating winch in wet conditions
k. Winch wiring problem.
j. Allow winch to dry completely before
using it again.
k. Check winch electrical circuit
including ground.

The unit should be labeled as shown in the diagram. Replace all labels that are missing, damaged, or not easily
readable (e.g. faded).
