11-3-1 Film-seat motor brake (BK2) not working
Condition:
a). Relay RYBK2 is working on PC board KS-050201-MB and LED BK2 would light up.
b). Fuse F1 (2A) on PC board KS-050201-MB is normal. (If a fuse F1 was blown, red LED BK2
Fuse fail on PC board KS-050202-KEY would light up.)
Check if brake B2+ and B2- contain
DC24V.
YES
Replace brake BK2.
NO
Check if there’s DC24V at terminal 0V and
24V of CN9 on PC board KS-050201-MB.
YES
Replace Relay RYBK2
NO
Refer to1-3, check if switching power
PS-65-24 is working.
