The tiller assembly cover should come off, just be careful not to drop it and rip out the wiring from the connectors. At this
point, the tiller throttle assembly can be replaced
with a new one by just unplugging the two connectors. Or, if the problem appears to be in the
belly switch itself, further breakdown of the assembly can continue to search for the problem. Fig 9
