─── The machine shall not be used unbalanced load.
─── The machine shall not be used undesignedly moving hazard situations.
─── When the machine is loading:
1) Push the machine, the height of the load can not exceed the sight of the
operators;
2) The machine shall be moved slowly and smoothly, so as to occur the bump
hazard;
3) While moving no part of the fork arms or of the load shall come into contact
with an obstacle;
4) During lowering the load neither the fork arms nor the load shall rest upon
an obstacle.
─── Lower the forks to lowest height without load when the machine is not being
used.
6. TROUBLES SHOOTING
NO TROUBLE CAUSE ACTION
1 The forks do not lift
to maximum height.
-Not enough hydraulic oil. -Add more oil.
2 The forks do not lift
up.
-Not enough hydraulic oil.
-The oil has impurities.
-Discharge valve is out of
adjustment.
-Air in the hydraulic oil.
-Pour in more filtered oil.
-Change the oil.
-Adjust the setting screw
(140H).
-Expel the air.
3 The forks do not
descend.
-The rod (50
02) and the cylinder
(5022) are deformed resulting
from a seriously unbalanced load.
-A part has been broken or been
deformed resulting from
unbalanced load.
-The setting screw (140H) is not
in the correct position.
-Replace the rod (5002)
or cylinder (5022).
-Repair or replace
component.
-Adjust the setting screw
(140H).
4 Leaks
-Seals worn out or damaged.
-Some p
arts may be cracked or
worn out.
-Replace seals with new
ones.
-Check and replace with
new ones.

The forks
descend without
being lowe
red.
-Impurities in the oil cause the
discharge valve (B) to fail to
close.
-Air in the oil.
-Seals worn or damaged.
-Discharge valve (B) is out of
adjustment.
-Replace with filtered oil.
-Expel the air.
-Replace with new ones.
-Adjust the setting screw
(140H).
