Step 7A: (10; 11 & 12 step models) fasten the upper and lower portions of the handrails to the ladder assembly.
Attach snap hooks to
the hook rings on the
handrails

To connect the upper and lower handrails, first slide a 1”
tube sleeve (22) onto the end of each upper handrail (8).
Next, A) press the splice (10) into the interior space of the
handrails; and B)
tighten the connection by turning the hub
clockwise. Then, slide the tube sleeves over the splices.
