Step 3: Apply the caster brakes by pushing down the brake levers. Then, attach the posts to the base
assemblies with

” hardware as shown in the diagrams below.
Step 2: Attach casters to the base frame weldments. There are 2 caster brackets attached to the
underside of each base frame weldment. Insert the mounting plate of a caster into the receiver; then
install the bolt of the bolt-and-lock nut combo (99-612-001) through the bolt holes in the brackets. Tightly
fasten the lock nut to the end of the corresponding bolt.
