INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
All AWR- and AWR-G series walk ramps come fully assembled from the factory.
Split-style ramps ramp may be widened by inserting one or more expansion sections between the side sections.
Sections are held together by locking tabs and slots on the bottom of the side rails. To separate sections, lift the slotted
segment by its handle.
DO NOT use a split
-
style ramp without having both side rail sections installed. These provide
protection against a cart rolling off the side of the ramp.
Walk ramps having adjustable-height wheels (-WH suffix on part number) come with this option factory-installed.
The AWR-WH-28-SERIES and AWR-WH-38-SERIES options each weigh approximately 113 lb. Include this weight in
calculating the net load on the walk ramp. DO NOT use the wheels to support a load on the ramp.
Walk ramps having hand rails (-HR suffix on the part number) and hand rail retrofit kits will require assembly after
delivery.
