PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The oven is not oper-
ating.
The appliance is not
properly plugged to a
power outlet.
Remove the plug and replug it after
10 seconds. Make sure the plug is
safely plugged.
Fuse is blown or circuit
breaker is active.
Call the authorized service.
There might be a
problem with the power
outlet.
Check if the outlet works with other
electrical devices.
Control panel might be
programmed incorrectly
and timer might be set
incorrectly.
Make sure control panel is pro-
grammed correctly and timer is set
correctly.
The oven is not heat-
ing.
The door is not properly
closed.
Close the oven door tightly. Oth-
erwise, microwave energy will not
spread in the oven evenly.
Glass tray makes
a sound when the
microwave oven is
operated.
Reel slide and oven
base can be dirty.
