Faster Grilling
Function: The oven’s
thermostat and warning
lights will switch on. The
grill and upper heating
elements will start
operating. This function
is used for faster grilling and for grilling food
with a larger surface area, such as meat. Use
the upper shelves of the oven. Lightly brush
the wire grid with oil to stop food sticking and
place food in the centre of the grid. Always
place a tray beneath the food to catch any
drips of oil or fat. It is recommended that you
preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Warning: When grilling, the oven door
must be closed and the oven temperature
should be adjusted to 190°C.
Double Grill and Fan
Function: The oven’s
thermostat and warning
lights will switch on, and
the grill, upper heating
elements and fan will
start operating. This
function is used for faster grilling of thicker
food and for grilling food with a larger surface
area. Both the upper heating elements and grill
will be energised along with the fan to ensure
even cooking. Use the upper shelves of the
oven. Lightly brush the wire grid with oil to
stop food sticking and place food in the centre
of the grid. Always place a tray beneath the
food to catch any drips of oil or fat. It is
recommended that you preheat the oven for
about 10 minutes.
You can use the steam cooking feature in this
function. For details, read the text "Using the
steam function".

Vap Clean Function: Set the oven
function and thermostat to the Vap
Clean function symbol. Pour 200-250ml
of water (about 1 cup) into the small tray on the
oven base. Vap Clean runs for approximately
30 - 60 minutes and will prepare your oven so
that it can be easily cleaned.
Bread Recipe
Ingredients
2 glasses of all-purpose flour
1.5 glasses of whole-wheat flour
1.5 glasses of water
1 tsp. of dry yeast
1 tsp. of salt
1.5 tbsp. of flaxseed (optional)
1 tbsp. of poppy seed (optional)
Method
Mix dry yeast and all-purpose flour. Add the
rest of the ingredients and knead until dough is
smooth, i.e. 10 to 15 minutes.
Put the dough in another bowl and cover
with cling film. Let the dough rise at room
temperature for 1 hour.
Cut the dough into pieces the size of a fist and
roll the pieces. Place a piece of baking paper
on baking sheet and put the dough balls on
it. Lay a damp cloth onto the pieces. Keep the
baking sheet out of the oven for about 30-40
minutes.
Set the switch and thermostat settings of the
oven to the
relevant position, preheat for
about 5 minutes, remove the cloth and place
the baking sheet to the 3rd rack of the oven.
Bake for 18-20 minutes and then enjoy your
homemade bread.

Drying Fruits and Vegetables: Cut
the fruit or vegetable you wish
to dry in thin slices of scoop out the
inside of it (e.g. for stuffed aubergines and
cour-gettes), lay them onto the wire grill in a
single line and place the grill to the 3rd rack of
the oven. Set the switch and thermostat
settings of the oven to position. Using the
timer, set the times recommended in the
following table. At the end of this time, you can
enjoy your dried fruits and vegetables. The
recommended temperature value to be used
for this function is 70°C.

Courgettes 6 to 8 hours
Aubergines 8 to 10 hours
Apricots 8 to 10 hours
Plums 8 to 10 hours
Pears 8 to 10 hours
Apples 10 to 12 hours
Bananas 10 to 12 hours
