PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
Device doesn't
turn on.
Power cable might
be unplugged.
Make sure it's plugged into the wall plug.
The remote control may not
have been activated or the
battery might be depleted.
Press and hold the Standby button for about
3 seconds to activate the remote control. If
the problem continues to occur, charge the
remote control using a USB-C charging cable
(not supplied). Press the On/O button on TV.
Bad image quality.
Correct TV system might
not have been selected.
Make sure you have select

ed right TV system.
Signal level might be l
ow.
Low signal level might cause distortion of the
image. Please check the antenna connection.
If you're performing a manual
search, frequency settings of
the channel might be incorrect.
Make sure you entered fre

quency settings correctly.
Antenna is conne

Disconnect either device.
