Note that if you perform factory reset,
the My Button 1 function will revert to
its default setting.
To pair remote with the TV
In order to pair your remote, go to
Settings>Devices menu, highlight
the Pair Remote Control or Other
Device (Bluetooth) option and press
OK. Instructions will be displayed to
set your remote in pairing mode. Press
and hold the Source button until the
LED on the remote starts to blink. This
means the remote is in pairing mode.
Release the button. Press OK to start
the device discovery.
Now you will wait for the TV to find
your remote. Available devices will be
listed. Select the name of your remote
and press OK when it appears on the
TV screen.
When the pairing process is successful,
the LED on the remote will go o. If
the pairing process fails the remote
will enter sleep mode after 30 seconds.
You can use the Discover option
at the bottom to repeat the device
discovery. The Pair Remote Control
or Other Device option should be set
to Enabled.
Charging the Remote Control with
USB-C
Unlike other remotes, your remote
does not have replaceable batteries. It
does contain an internal rechargeable
battery.
If you need to charge your remote
control, you can use a charging cable
(not supplied). Plug the USB-C end of
the cable into the charging port on the
bottom of the remote control, and the
other end into a port on the TV or a
power adapter (not supplied).
While charging, the led around the
directional buttons will light up. You
can continue to use the remote control
while it’s charging.
Find Your Lost Remote
If you lose your remote control, you
can use the buzzer function to locate
it. Press and hold down the button/
joystick on your TV for about six
seconds to activate this function.
You will hear a beep sound from your
remote control if it is within the range
of your TV. In order to use this feature,
your remote should be paired with your
TV priorly. Refer to the pairing section
above for more information.
