ERROR CODE CAUSE SOLUTION
E0 If E0 is displayed on the
control panel, this indicates a
malfunction in the freezer.
An authorised service technician is needed to solve
the problem. Please contact customer service.
HH Temperature is 12°C higher
than the set temperature.
Press any button on the control panel. The fault
disappears when the temperature difference is less
than 12°C. If this does not happen, please contact
customer service.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTIONS
Abnormal noise - The appliance is not stable/level.
- The appliance is making contact with
the wall or other objects.
- ‘Super Freeze’ mode has been
turned on.
- Readjust the appliance’s adjusting legs.
- Move the appliance slightly.
- This is normal. ‘Super Freeze’ mode uses the
maximum power of the appliance.
The appliance
freezes too
much.
- The temperature of the appliance is
set too high.
- ‘Super’ mode has been turned on.

temperature.

6.1 FAULTS
Power failure memory: In case of power failure, the device will automatically resume the mode previously set
before the power failure.
Switch-on delay protection: To protect the compressor of the refrigerator from damage during a short-term
power failure (less than 5 minutes), the compressor is not immediately started after switching on. Wait until the
compressor starts up. If this does not happen, please contact customer service.
