4.2 SETTING THE TEMPERATURE
1. Switching the freezer on and off
When connected, all LED lights ash once and the normal display
resumes within 2 seconds. When the digital display is on, the control
panel is automatically locked with a child lock if no buttons are pressed
within 3 minutes.
The appliance automatically resumes the mode previously set before the
power interruption.
2. Child lock
If no buttons are pressed within 3 minutes, the appliance’s “child lock”
function is automatically activated. When the “child lock” function is on,
the temperature and “Fast Freeze” function cannot be set.
To deactivate the child safety lock:
Press and hold the “-” button for 3 seconds to deactivate the “child lock” function.
3. Freezer temperature setting
The freezer can be used both as a fridge and as a freezer.
Temperature range
- Set as fridge: from 2°C to 8°C
- Set as freezer: from -12°C to -24°C and with the Fast Freeze function -32°C (max 36 hours)
Recommended temperatures:
- Refrigerator: -4°C
- Freezer: -18°C
Setting the temperature:
If the buttons are unlocked, the temperature display starts ashing when the “+” / “-” button is pressed for the
rst time. Press the “+” or “-” to set the temperature of the fridge or freezer, this moves in 1°C increments.
Fast Freeze
Press and hold the “+” button for 3 seconds to enable or disable the “Fast Freeze” mode.
When the “Fast Freeze” function is enabled, the temperature in the compartment is quickly cooled to -32°C,
which is benecial to prevent the loss of nutritional value of the food and to keep its freshness intact.
The “Fast Freeze” mode switches off automatically 26 hours after switching on, and the temperature will return
to the last set temperature.

Error codes may occur and are displayed on the control panel. Refer to chapter 6 Troubleshooting to see what
the error code means and what the next steps are.
4.3 STORAGE OF FOOD
• The freezer is suitable for freezing fresh food and storing frozen food for a long time.
• The maximum amount of food that can be frozen in 24 hours is for this appliance: 9 kg.
• The freezing process takes 24 hours. Do not add any other food to freeze during this period.
• The temperature of the freezer is kept below -18°C. This allows food to be stored for a long time. The storage
period on the packaging must be observed.
• The ideal temperature setting for the freezer is -18°C. It is possible to set it colder, but in principle this is not
necessary. A lower temperature does not mean that food will last longer, but every degree lower does mean
more energy consumption.
• Allow hot food to cool to room temperature before putting it in the freezer.
• Only freeze fresh and thoroughly cleaned foods.
• Prepare the food in small portions so that it is soon completely frozen and can then be thawed in the desired
amount.
