The device is not working, no light 1. Check the mains connection and the fuse.
2. Check the settings in ‘manual’ mode.
No response to the
DMX controller
1. Check whether the DMX cables run near or parallel to
high-voltage cables that may cause damage or interfer‐
ence to a DMX interface circuit.
2. Try using another DMX controller.
