• Express Grill function: The temperature light and oven warning lights come on and the
grill and top elements start to heat up. This function is recommended for grilling food
more quickly over a larger surface area (e.g : meat). Using the top level. Lightly oil the wire
rack with a brush to prevent food from sticking, then put the food in the centre of the rack.
Always place a drip pan under the grill to catch oil or grease. It is recommended to preheat
the oven for about 10 minutes.
WARNING
When broiling, the oven door must be closed and the oven
temperature set to 190 °C.
