• Ventilated double grill function: The temperature light and oven warning lights come on, the
grill and upper heating elements start to heat up and the fan starts to turn. This function
is recommended for grilling thicker food faster and over a larger area. The upper heating
elements and the grill work simultaneously with the fan to ensure even cooking. Use the
top level. Lightly oil the wire rack with a brush to prevent food from sticking, then put the
food in the centre of the rack. Always place a drip pan under the grill to catch oil or grease.
It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
WARNING
When using the grill, the oven door must be closed and the
oven temperature set to 190 °C.
