Regulatory instructions

Do not use the unit when your hands are wet or you are
standing on a wet floor. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
– Do not place, store or use the unit near any heat sources or
open flames, such as a candle. Do not place any liquid-filled
objects - e.g. a vase - near the unit.
• This symbol means that the unit should not be covered.

Warning! To avoid overheating, do not cover the unit or
the inlet/outlet vents.

To prevent overheating, do not obstruct the air vents with
items such as newspapers, tablecloths and curtains. Ensure
the unit is well ventilated at all times. Leave at least a 1-metre
space around the unit.

Warning! Place the unit on a stable, flat and dry surface.
• Do not install or store the unit:
– on an uneven surface such as a carpet or unstable surface.
– near open flames, such as lit candles.
– in a place that may come into direct sunlight.
– near heat sources, such as stoves, radiators or gas/electric
heaters.
– near or on other significant heat-generating equipment.
– near electric cables, water pipes or gas pipes.
– in places subject to constant vibration.
– in dusty or humid environments.
– in areas where there are objects near the unit.
– below an electrical socket.

The unit is only fully disconnected from the power source
when unplugged from the electrical socket. The unit must be
fully disconnected before assembling/disassembling, moving,
storing, cleaning or performing maintenance.

Only use this unit for its intended purpose. The unit is not
intended for commercial use. This unit has been designed
exclusively for household and indoor use.
• The unit has not been designed to be operated via an external
timer or remote control system.
