Removing Clogs
If your vacuum cleaner is not picking up dirt effectively, making strange noises, or
the outer bag is not expanding, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check for blockage in the brushroll area in oor nozzle. If there is a blockage,
remove it (see page 20). If you cannot reach the blockage, remove the lower
plate from the oor nozzle and remove any blockage around the brushroll (see
page 16-20).
2. If the blockage is not at the base, remove the tube. First unhook the retaining
spring to release the bottom of the outer bag. Then rotate the plastic loop
counter clockwise to release. Pull the tube out of the nozzle neck.
WARNING
Always unplug the power cord from electrical outlet before performing any
service on vacuum cleaner.
