IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with rugs, runners,
or other coverings.
• Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from
high trafc areas where it will not be tripped over.
• This appliance is not a substitute for proper ventilation, regular vacuum
cleaning, or use of an extractor hood or fan while cooking.
• Keep the air purier away from water, and wet or damp areas. Never place in
water or liquid.
• Keep the air purier away from heat sources.
• Keep the inside of the air purier dry. To prevent moisture buildup, avoid placing
in rooms with major temperature changes or underneath air conditioners.
• Do not use in excessively humid areas.
• Always place and use the appliance on a dry, stable, level, and horizontal
surface.
• Leave at least 20 cm free space around the appliance and leave at least 30 cm
free space above the appliance.
• Do not sit or place heavy objects on the air purier.
• Do not place the appliance directly below an air conditioner to prevent
condensation from dripping onto the appliance.
• Only use the original lters specially intended for this appliance. Do not use any
other lters.
• Do not use without removing the plastic wrap from the lter. The purier will not
lter air, and may overheat, become a re hazard.
• Do not rinse or reuse the high-efciency composite lter.
• Combustion of the lter may cause irreversible human injury or jeopardize other
lives. Do not use the lter as fuel or for similar purpose.
• Avoid knocking against the appliance (the air inlet and outlet in particular) with
hard objects.
• Do not insert your ngers or objects into the air outlet or the air inlet to prevent
physical injury or malfunctioning of the appliance.
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock-Do not use outdoors.
• Do not use this appliance when you have used indoor smoke-type insect
repellents or in places with oily residues, burning incense, or chemical fumes.
• Do not use where combustible gases, vapors, metallic dust, aerosol (spray)
products, or fumes from industrial oil are present.
• Do not use the appliance near gas appliances, heating devices or replaces.
