Warnings for routine maintenance
Any routine maintenance operation must be
performed:
• after unplugging the appliance and waiting for the
discharge time of the capacitive components
(approximately 5 minutes);
• after ensuring the appliance has completely cooled down in all its
parts;
• in full psycho-physical tness, after wearing appropriate personal
protective equipment (such as heat-resistant rubber gloves, eye
protection, dust mask (optional), etc.).
Before handling and using the detergent, carefully read the
product's safety data sheet. NEVER touch the detergent with bare
hands. The detergent must not come into contact with the skin,
eyes, or mucous membranes. In case of contact, consult the
safety data sheet.
Do NOT use the following for cleaning any component or
accessory:
• abrasive, sharp, or pointed tools or cloths (e.g., abrasive sponges,
scrapers, steel brushes, etc.);
• high-pressure or steam jets;
• abrasive or powdered detergents;
• basic, aggressive, caustic, or corrosive detergents (e.g.,
hydrochloric/muriatic acid, sulfuric acid, or caustic soda).
These substances could cause permanent damage to the
appliance surfaces and catalysts. DO NOT use these substances
even to clean the substructure or the oor beneath the appliance,
as their volatile emissions could still cause damage.
Before starting a wash cycle, ensure that there are NO trays inside
the oven chamber, as washing would be ineffective.
During washing, DO NOT open the oven door to avoid the risk of
eye, mucous membrane, and skin injuries caused by contact with
chemical detergents sprayed by the impeller inside the cooking
chamber and moved by strong air currents.
DO NOT allow children, especially if unsupervised by an adult, to
clean the appliance.
DO NOT tamper with the detergent tank, its connections to the
oven, or the internal and external water circuit: risk of damage,
injuries, or fatal accidents.
Periodically check for rust stains inside the oven chamber. If
detected, urgently contact a Service Center, as the water being
used may be damaging the oven. Taking immediate action will
help extend the appliance's lifespan.
