Cooking Set lets you start a manual cooking cycle.
In manual cooking cycles you must set the following parameters
independently:
•
cooking time
or
core temperature
(if applicable);
•
cavity temperature
or
Delta T
(if applicable);
•
input
or
extraction of steam into/from cavity
;
•
speed
of fans in standard or pulse modes;
Each manual cooking cycle is always composed of:
•
SMART.Preheating
or manual preheating;
• up to
nine cooking steps
, even with different cooking parameters.
After setting all the parameters, you can either:
• start the cooking cycle without saving it;
• save the recipe set and then start the cooking cycle (saved recipes
are stored in the Library app).
