CAUTION: The appliance becomes very hot
during operation! Boiling water with descaler
solution can cause scalding. Therefore, always
handle the appliance with caution.
Descaling reminder function
1. To maintain the lifespan and performance of the appliance, please descale it
regularly depending on the water hardness. For this purpose, the appliance
has a reminder function which always appears after 12 hours of operation
when the water temperature is above 85 °C. As soon as you have pressed the
REMOVING RESIDUAL WATER
1. The residual water that collects in the appliance must be drained regularly.
2. To do so, disconnect the plug from the power socket.
3. Remove the water tank and empty it.
4. The plug for residual water is on the bottom of the appliance.
5. Hold the housing over a sink, for example.
6. Carefully turn the appliance over and remove the plug cap.
7. Allow the residual water that has collected to drain.
8. While draining the water, take care not to misplace the plug, since without
the plug, the water will exit the residual water drain instead of the water
outlet.
9. After draining is complete, close the residual water drain with the plug and
make sure that it is attached properly, to prevent accidental leaking of water.
