23. Use the water heater indoors only.
24. If you intend to use the appliance at a non-stationary
location, such as on a boat, first consult an electrician.
25. Use the appliance only for heating water. Do not use it
to heat milk or other liquids, since this would damage
the appliance.
26. Make sure that the lid of the appliance is always
completely closed.
27. Never switch the appliance on if there is no water
in the tank or if the water level is too low; this will
prevent damage to the heating element.
28. Never fill the water tank past the 2.5 litre mark.
29. To avoid scalding from splashing water, do not move
the appliance whilst it is in operation.
30. During and after use, never touch the hot parts of
the appliance, such as the water outlet – danger of
scalding!
31. Never check the temperature of the water by touching
the water outlet with any part of your body – danger
of scalding!
32. To prevent damage, do not operate the appliance with
accessories from another manufacturer or brand.
33. Unplug the appliance from the power socket and allow
it to cool after use and before cleaning. Never leave
the appliance unattended while it is connected to the
power socket.
34. Regularly check the appliance, the power cable and
the plug for wear and damage. If the power cable or
other parts of the appliance are damaged, return the
appliance to our customer service department for
inspection and repair. Unauthorized repairs can result
in serious risks to the user and void the warranty.
35. If the power cable of this appliance is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer or his after
sales service department or person with similar
qualifications, to prevent hazards.
