13. Always straighten the entire length of the charging
cable to avoid damage from overheating.
14. To unplug the charger from the electrical outlet,
always pull on the plug and never on the cable. Never
pull directly on the charging cable!
15. Unplug the USB charger when you do not need it.
16. If you set the appliance aside for storage, never wrap
the charging cable around the appliance. Otherwise,
the power cable may become damaged. Disconnect
the charging cable from the appliance when the
appliance is fully charged.
17. As long as the AC adapter of the USB charger is
plugged into the outlet, the appliance, even if turned
off, poses a hazard near water.
18. AC adapters must not be touched with wet hands.
19. Do not stick any objects into the AC adapter. There is
a risk of electric shock due to damage.
20. Be careful not to damage the battery in the appliance,
e.g. by drops, shocks or vibrations. A damaged
battery must no longer be used. If in doubt, contact
our customer service department.
21. Charge the battery regularly to avoid deep discharge
and thus a possible defect in the appliance.
22. Important: The included charging cable is not
suitable for data transfer!
23. Important: Should liquid be leaking from the battery,
immediately wear protective gloves when handling the
appliance. Keep the skin and the eyes from coming
into contact with the liquid as it is highly abrasive
and may lead to injury. If skin or eye contact does
occur, consult a physician immediately. Also make
sure that the liquid does not come into contact with
any surfaces or objects. They may otherwise become
damaged. Contact our customer service department
right away.
