1. Open the battery compartment by removing the four screws that secure the battery compart-
ment cover (A) and removing the cover (B).
2. Locate the backup battery switch and LCD heater switch and turn them both on.
3. Position the battery pack, making sure the battery contacts are aligned with the contacts in the
compartment, as shown in the following illustration.
