PROGRAMMING OF SET POINT (“Set point” - Cabinet temperature when the compressor is not on)
Our refrigerator compressors will turn on when the R-air sensor temperature reaches
41°F and above. The compressor will enter defrost mode, if the R-air sensor tempera-
ture is 41°F or below and the D-sensor temperature is 38.3°F or below. Our freezer
compressors will turn on when the return air temperature reaches 38.3°F and above.
The compressor will also turn off once the return air temperature reaches 38.3°F.
To change the Set Point, please follow the steps below:
1. Press the up/down button simultaneously for more than 3 seconds to enter setup
mode. The display will show “SEL”.
2. To change the set point, press the “down” to toggle between the setup modes and
enter the setup mode with a beep sound after 2 seconds. In setup mode, press the
“up” button to increase the set point or “down” button to decrease the set point.
3. The changed values are saved automatically. If no button is input for 5 seconds,
the setup mode is automatically canceled.
1. Plug unit into the correct outlet. The power switch is located on the back side of the
unit. Flip the power switch ON. Display panel should light up if these steps are
followed correctly.
2. The default temperature (“Set Point”) is set to 37°F (for Refrigerators).
3. The compressor is set to automatically cycle based on the cabinet temperature, and
is controlled by the main PCB (“Controller”).
4. The defrost cycle is set to automatically cycle and is controlled by the controller, as
well as the door switch.
