commend using a microSD card of at least Class 10 / UHS-1. If you insert a microSD card into the
camera, the recording is controlled via the app and will be recorded to your phone gallery and to
the card at the same time.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
Camera does not pair with
the mobile app.
Make sure the camera is connecting to the correct WiFi
network. The camera does not support 5 GHz, only 2.4 GHz.
If you are still unable to pair, uninstall the app, reboot your
phone and camera, and do it all over again as instructed.
The camera won‘t load the QR code
in the mobile app when pairing.
Check and perform all of the solutions for „Camera does
not pair with the mobile app“. If the camera still does
not read the QR code in the mobile app, please switch to
„EZ mode“ pairing type. In the app, after selecting your
product to pair, switch from „QR Code for Camera“ to „EZ
Mode“ in the top right corner and proceed to the next
steps. Keep your mobile phone close to the camera to pair
together without retrieving the QR code.
I am not receiving notications
on my mobile phone.
Make sure the app is running and has been granted the
appropriate permissions in settings (to send notications).
SECURITY AGAINST HACKING
The application uses ve-layer security technology to ensure the security of smart devices without
the risk of information leakage through military-grade AES data encryption, triple-check authorizati-
on and authentication, two-code dynamic key, https channel encryption and https channel encryp-
tion to ensure the security of network transmission.
Note: To increase protection against hacking, set the strongest possible password on your WiFi
network. The password should consist of at least eight characters with a combination of upper and
lower case letters and numbers. Do not use the special characters „~!@#$%^*-“ or the camera will
not be paired.

recordings to the microSD card.
