*The T7200 Hood is extremely versatile. You can easily
convert the Hood to be rear discharge by attaching a 10”
round elbow to the Hood start collar (see Fig. 2). DO NOT
USE flex duct as it can create turbulence and diminish the
hood’s performance. Use a high quality foil duct tape to
seal the connection and avoid vibration. Be sure to mount
the Hood with adequate clearance from ceiling to allow for
height of elbow used for rear discharge. These 10” elbows
can be purchased at many Home and Hardware stores for
a nominal cost.
