Troubleshooting
• No picture after turning on?
Ensure the device is properly connected to the TV and
that the correct HDMI input is selected.
• Picture is displayed, but no sound?
Make sure the TV is not muted and the volume is set
correctly.
• No network connection?
Check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected.
Ensure Wi-Fi is functioning correctly and check the rout-
er’s signal strength.
• Issues with the remote control?
Replace the batteries and ensure they are inserted with
the correct polarity.
Make sure the remote is within range of the TV BOX.
Go to settings and re-pair the remote.
Use only original accessories to avoid malfunction
risks!
