between Bake function (default display 340F) and
Combi function (default desplay 370F).

Turn the knob to set the temperature (210F~450F).

Press the knob then turn it to set the desired
time(1-120minutes), the default time is
30 minutes.

Press " " to choose the preheat function.
Combi function combines steam and convection bake, adding steam while baking which creates
uer cakes and juicier meats.
