3.4 Setting of Ice Making
1. Quick ice making
a) When people approach the fridge, the “
” key brightens. Lightly touch the “ ”
key, and the operating panel brightens.
b) At a touch of the “
” key, the “ ” icon lights up, and quick ice making begins.
The process nishes automatically in about 8 hours, and enters ordinary ice making
mode (the “
” icon dim).
c) The method of stopping halfway is the same as the setting operation: press the
“
”key repeatedly to darken the “ “ icon and enter the ordinary ice making
mode.
2. When not using ice making
a) When people approach the fridge, the “
” key brightens. Lightly touch the “ ”
key, and the operating panel brightens.
b) When the “
” key is pressed, the “ ” icon lights up.
c) The disabling method is the same as the setting operation: press the “
” key
repeatedly to darken the “
” icon and start the ice making procedure.
3. Ordinary ice making
When both the “
” and “ ” icons are dim, the fridge enters the ordinary ice making
mode.
Quick ice making fails even if the indicator is on when there's no water in the water
supply box, or the ice box is full.
In the “quick ice” mode, the ice making sound is loud, which is normal.
