Caution
- Do not use hot water more than 50 oC because hot water
damages the tub and you can not use the warranty.
- You may find some water in the washing machine due to
factory quality tests.
- The impure water sources not help to clean the clothes and
damage the spare parts of the washing machine.
- Don’t use detergent powder which source is unknown or
expired.
Before calling a service center, please check following :
If washing machine will not start after connect
with an electric source.
- House circuit breaker may be tripped or a fuse
is burned.
- Whether the power cord is connected to the
socket properly.
- Whether something prevents the impeller
from rotating.
If there is excessive noise :
- Check whether something is touching the
impeller as it rotates.
- Check whether there is an excessively
unbalanced load in the spin basket while spinning.
For your safety and to avoid any hazard:
- If the supply cord is damaged, It must be replaced
by reliable service centers or reliable agent.
Service & Maintenance
connect the device by an extension plug to electricity source
and connect the device directly to electricity source .
recommended to do a wash cycle with clean water .
