How to use your Freezer correctly and efficiently
Storing food
• Use the freezer to store frozen foods for long periods of time and to make ice cubes.
• To freeze fresh food - ensure that as much of the surface of food to be frozen is in contact with the cooling surface.
• Do not put fresh food on either side of frozen food as it can thaw it.
• While freezing fresh foods (i.e. meat, fish and mincemeat), divide them into portion sizes.
• Never place warm food in the freezer compartment.
• The instructions shown on frozen food packages should always be followed carefully and if no information is provided food
should not be stored for more than 3 months from the purchased date.
Use fast freeze condition for approximately 8 hours in case of:
1- Operating the freezer for the first time.
2- Adding large quantity of foods and edibles.
In case you wish to increase the degree of freezing, turn the control knob to a higher number.
The freezer is designed to operate in ambient temperature
specified by its class in the shown table.
• For your safety and avoiding any fire dangers, you must not connect the device by an extension plug
to electricity source and connect the device directly to electricity source.
• This device for home use only.
• Don›t store inflammable materials inside Freezer.
• Foods should be put inside containers or plastic bags when placed in the freezer to avoid the blockage of the
drain hose because the leftovers.
Don›t put vessels full of water unclosed inside Freezer.
• This will lead to reduce electric insulation and may cause electric shock for user of Freezer
Don›t spill water directly on Freezer when cleaning it.
• If water reaches electric parts of Freezer this will lead to damage it, deficiency or lead to defect in electric
circuit.
Don›t hang onto the door of Freezer.
• This may cause the Freezer to fall or cause injury.
Make sure not to put any heavy objects over the cord connecting the Freezer to the mains socket.
If the cord connecting the Freezer to the socket is damaged, it should be repaired by calling ELARABY
Service center 19319 .
• Wait at least two hours (2 hrs) before operating home freezer after putting in its place.
• Do not touch the compressor unit or its peripheral parts, as they become extremely hot during opertion and the metal edges may cause
injury.
• Do not touch foods or metal containers in the freezer compartment with your wet hands. This may cause forstbite.
• Do not place bottled and canned drinks in the freezer as they may crack when frozen.
• Make sure that the supply cord has not been damaged during installation or moving. If the supply plug or cord is loose, do not insert the
power plug. There is a risk of electric shock or fire.
• Disconnect from the mains electricity supply by removing the mains plug from the electricity supply socket. Do not remove by pulling the
mains lead. This may cause electricshock or fire.
• Be sure not to place heavy objects on the supply cord that connects the freezer and the socket.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced bythe manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid
a hazard.
• In case of gas leak, ventilate the area by opening a window and avoid opening flames and sources of ignition Because Gas is Flammable
• Do not place objects containing liquid or unsteady objects on top of home freezer.
This home freezer is intended to be used on house hold and similar application such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working. - Farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other.
- Bed and breakfast type enviroment - Catering and similar non-retail applications.
The best way to use Freezer
For normal use, set Freezer control knob on (3). If you want to increase or decrease temperature of Freezer, set as follows:-
