Safety Precautions for Freezer Operation
Cautions when operating
Movement of Freezer
Store the Home Freezer for a period time after usage
Before calling a service center
• Don’t put closed water bottles inside freezer as they may explode and cause damages.
• Don’t put inflammable substances like (Gasoline- alcohol-drugs-soda water) inside as they may Explode and cause
damages and injuries.
• Don’t hang or rest on the door of freezer as it may dismount and fall down causing injuries.
• Don’t make repairs or additions to the freezer; this can cause electrical shock and injuries
• Don’t bend or scratch the power cord or put heavy weights on it, it can cause fire or electrical shock.
• In case of plug damage; don’t use the freezer, as that may cause fire or electrical shock.
• Take off the power plug before maintenance or cleaning, it may cause electrical shock.
• Take off the power plug with dry hands
• Don’t pull the cord when taking off the power plug; can damage the cord and cause fire.
• Clean the cord and plug from the dust continuously.
• Don’t spill water on the inner or outer freezer body, that can reduce the electrical insulation and cause Electrical shock or fire.
• Don’t use any inflammable spray near the freezer, it can cause fire.
• Don’t put the freezer in wet place or water spray, it may cause electrical shock.
• When un plugging the power of Home Freezer, plug it again only after seven minutes.
• In case of plugging Home Freezer directly after unplugging the power, this may cause the reduction of compressor
performance, or it may cause voice when repeating.
• Empty Home Freezer from food.
• Lift it as shown in the illustration by two persons, the first lifts it form the lower front side by using balance legs
and the second carries it from rear high side.
Before calling a service center to repair any failure, please check the following sequence:
- Follow the next:
1- Disconnect the power cord.
2- Remove all the food materials & let the Home Freezer free from any food.
3- clean the Home Freezer.
4- Open the door (about 5cm) & let it open during the storage period.
Failure Procedures
Home Freezer does not

Does it connect to the power cord ?
- Check safety and connection of cord.
Does power cord connect to the cord ?
- Check fuse or reasons of power failure of house.
- Check power failure of house.
The Freezer coldness
degree is not sufficient.
-Do you set Freezer at the minimum degree of cooling?
-Is Freezer subject to direct sun shines or beside stove or heater?
-Do you close Freezer door perfectly?
-Check rubber seat of door.
-Do you open and close door repeatedly?
-Do you put hot food in Freezer?
-Is Freezer full of huge amounts of food more than is necessary?
Are you put Freezer in a place of good ventilation or not ?
Freezer makes noise.
- Is floor stable and flat?
- Do you set the level of Freezer?
- Do you put vessels up or in touch with the external body of Freezer?
- Is Freezer placed on an unstable ground or touching the wall?
