Storage
Check that all the parts are clean and dry before putting them away.
Never stow the appliance while it is still wet.
It is recommended to store the appliance in a dry, clean place far from moisture and dust.

PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The mixer does not work.
Check that the plug of the appliance is properly inserted in the
socket.
At the end of processing, the dough
is not well mixed.
Extract the hooks from the dough and knead slightly with your
hands, working from the outside in until obtaining a soft
consistency.
Start processing with the whisks for 1 minute, mixing part of the
flour into the water. Turn the appliance off, disconnect the plug
from the power socket. Swap the whisks with the hooks and start
processing again for 2 minutes, pouring in all the flour. Turn the
appliance off, extract it from the bowl and knead slightly with your
hands to mix all the flour in. Start processing again with the hooks
for one minute.
The cream is not properly whipped.
Use fresh and refrigerated cream.
The problem is not solved.

INFORMATION ON DISPOSAL
ITEM
Pursuant to Art. 26 of Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14 March 2014 “Implementation of Directive
2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)”, the crossed-out bin symbol
indicates that this appliance is not to be considered municipal waste. Disposing of it must therefore be
carried out by separate waste collection. Failure to dispose of the appliance as separate waste may
constitute a potential hazard to the environment and human health. Said product can be returned to
the distributor upon purchase of a new appliance.
Improper disposal of the appliance constitutes fraudulent conduct and is subject to sanctions by the Police
Authority. For further information, contact the local administration responsible for environmental management.
PACKAGING
For information on how to correctly dispose of the packaging used to protect this product and its parts and/or
accessories, follow the instructions in the packaging.
WARRANTY TERMS
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. thanks you for your choice and guarantees that its appliances are a product of the latest
technologies and research.
The appliance is covered by the standard TWO-YEAR warranty from the date of purchase by the first user. This
warranty is without prejudice to the validity of the legislation in force concerning consumer goods (L.D. no. 206 of 6th
September 2005, art. 130).
In order to make a claim under the Warranty, the consumer must submit the receipt or invoice certifying the purchase
of the product.
If the consumer wishes to submit a claim under the Warranty, they must contact their retailer or Tognana Porcellane
S.p.A. directly at the following email address: support@tognana.com, or phone number +39 0422 6721.
The components or parts found to have ascertained manufacturing defects shall be repaired or replaced free of
charge by our authorised service network, during the aforementioned warranty period.
The repair costs, including the cost of the spare parts, the shipping costs for the delivery of a defect-free product or
component, shall be borne by Tognana Porcellane S.p.A.
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. shall also bear the shipping costs for the return of the defective product or component, in
the event Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. or the service centre requests the return of the defective product or component.
