Step Two :
According to the deviation value and the reference below, add
or subtract the corresponding shim to complete the flange back
adjustment.
If the scale pointer points to 3 spaces in the direction of the
closest focusing distance, the deviation value is -3.
If the scale pointer points to 5 spaces in the direction of infinity,
the deviation value is +5. At this situation, the shim value of "+4"
needs to be added to the shim value of "+1".
