How to Obtain After-Sales Service
If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may
obtain after-sales service by contacting Thypoch support team or Thypoch’s
authorized dealers. Charges may apply for services not covered by this After-Sales
Policy.
The After-Sales Policy varies with the country or region of purchase. Please
contact Thypoch for information specific to your location.
Warranty Service
Service Outside the Warranty Period
Request for after-sales service will normally be accepted within a period of
roughly 5 years following the end of production, during which time spares will be
kept on hand, although owners may be offered an equivalent product during this
period in the event that spares are not available. The specific cost standard is
subject to Thypoch’s quotation. Compatibility with consumables and accessories
for the original product is not guaranteed. To prevent waste, Thypoch may collect
returned parts or products.
For all products purchased from our authorized agents, we provide one and a
half years of warranty service from the date of purchase.
If the product fails during normal use in accordance with the instructions, you
can return it to the point of sale for warranty repair within the warranty period.
Except for shipping, insurance and other miscellaneous expenses, the warranty
service is provided free of charge.
The warranty period varies according to the country or place of sale; since your
receipt or proof of purchase will be required for repairs during the warranty
period, please keep your dated receipt or other proof of purchase in a safe
place.
Accessories (such as lens caps, lens hoods, etc.) and consumables provided
with this product are not covered by the warranty.Maintenance services such as
lens cleaning are not covered by the free warranty.
The parts replaced during the warranty period become the property of Thypoch.
Unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations or mandatory provisions,
incidental losses (including filming costs and future earnings, etc.) caused by
failure of this product will not be compensated.
