o Picture reset: Reset the picture settings to factory default settings.
o ALLM: Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) is a function that automatically switches
between low latency mode and high picture quality mode depending on the
source input from an HDMI-connected device, such as a gaming device. This
menu option is only available when a PC or game console is connected to the TV.
o MEMC: MEMC (Motion Estimation/Motion Compensation) is a technology used
in TVs and video displays to reduce motion blur and judder in fast-moving
scenes. Motion estimation identifies motion in successive frames, while motion
compensation creates and inserts intermediate frames to smooth out the motion.

Adjust the sound settings of your TV.
• Sound mode: Set your sound preference as Standard, Cinema, Music, News or Personal.
• Dolby Atmos: Activate or deactivate Dolby Atmos. After changing this setting option,
you must unplug the device briefly from the power supply and plug it back in (power
reset).
• Surround Mode: Only available for Multimedia or Live TV playback content that includes
surround sound.
• Sound only: Turn off the TV screen and only play audio. This setting is useful when
listening to radio channels received via aerial, cable TV or satellite.
• Advanced Settings:
o Dialog Enhancer: Automatically adjust the sound of dialogues, making them
stand out from other sounds.
o Balance: Adjust the left and right volume balance for speakers and headphones.
o Sound reset: Reset the sound settings to factory defaults.
10.3.4 Audio Output
Output Device
• TV speakers: Select this option if your TV is not connected to the AV receiver via optical
audio output or via HDMI cable.
• SPDIF/Optical: Select this audio option if your TV is connected to the AV receiver via the
optical cable.
• HDMI ARC: Select this audio option if your TV is connected to the AV receiver via HDMI
from the eARC port of your TV.
Audio Output Type
• PCM (Pulse Code Modulation): An analog audio signal is converted into a digital signal
that is individually demodulated and played back by the AV receiver.
