10.2.1.1.2 Cable
Select Cable in the Tuner Mode submenu and press the Back button to return to the Channel
Scan menu.
Select the Cable Auto Scan or Cable Manual Scan submenu and press OK. Enter your PIN code
to continue with the channel scan.
Cable Auto Scan
Select your Cable operator or select Others and press the OK button on your remote control to
perform the automatic search for digital and analogue DVB-C channels.
Operator Scan
Optionally, DVB-C cable TV providers are listed during the initial channel installation and on the
operator’s list in the settings, depending on the chosen country.
Others
If you receive the DVB-C signal from non-dedicated cable TV providers, select the option Others.
Press OK to start the channel search. In the Channel scan menu, you can select one of the three
channel search options: Full, Advanced or Quick.
• Full: Automatic search of all available DVB-C channels.
• Advanced: Automatic search of all available DVB-C channels. For this option, it is
necessary to enter the DVB-C provider's reception parameters, frequency and network ID.
With this search option, the channels are sorted by LCN of the cable providers.
• Quick: Automatic search for all available DVB-C channels. This will search all available
cable transponders with the standard symbols.
