HERE’S HOW
1. With your tape measure or yard stick,
measure a distance along the smooth,
flat ground and mark the start and end
points with chalk or a piece of tape. For
our example, we will choose three feet.
But you can experiment with different
distances.
2. Using the stopwatch or timer, time how
long it takes the test car to travel be-
tween the start and end points. Record
the time.
