HERES HOW
1. Combine the unflavored gelatin and 1/2
cup of cold water in the mixing bowl.
2. Combine the granulated sugar, light
corn syrup , salt, and 1/2 cup of cold
water in the cooking pot. Stir the
ingredients together.
3. Place the pot on medium to high heat.
Place your candy thermometer in the
pot and watch it until it reaches a
temperature of 240 °F. Do not let the
thermometer touch the bottom of the
pot as you are measuring. As soon as it
reaches 240 °F, remove it from the heat.
Marshmallows
YOU WILL NEED
→ candy thermometer
→ mixing bowl
→ hand mixer or stand mixer
→ small cooking pot
→ parchment or wax paper
→ baking pan
→ mesh sieve or flour sifter
→ knife
→ air-tight storage container
3 packs (or 3 tablespoons)
unflavored gelatin
→ 1 cup cold water
1 and 1/2 cups granulated
sugar
→ 1 cup light corn syrup
→ 1/4 teaspoon salt
→ 1/4 cup powdered sugar
→ vegetable oil
→ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
→ food coloring (optional)

