6. FAQS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
a) Wi-Fi network conguration failed.
A: Make sure you have connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and turned on Blue-
tooth. Alternatively, you can try restarting the Wi-Fi or connecting to your phone‘s
data network hotspot and trying again.
b) What is the function of the security button?
A: Short press to activate the system, long press to trigger the alarm (SOS)/mute
the alarm (this function can be turned on/off in the settings).
c) Does this base support other safety accessories?
A: This base station supports accessories with 433 MHz frequency, ev. 1527.
d) The security light ashes unusually.
A: Check if the door/window is open or if the base is in a low battery condition.
e) Why does the sensor still show a dead battery after replacing the battery?
A: The battery status needs to be manually reset. After replacing the battery, click
„Reset Low Battery Accessory“ on the settings page to reset the battery status.
f) RFID card does not work.
A: Please pay attention to the distance <3cm and the RFID area. RFID protocol: 125
KHz, 4100/1200.
